However, we cannot show nutrition as the cause of acne. However, eating healthy is beneficial for our skin health as well as for our whole health.

–The sun is good for acne. A little sun is good for all our health. However, it is wrong to sunbathe enough to burn and to believe that acne will go away with the sun. On the contrary, it can cause spots and acne to become worse.

– Acne consists of not being clean. Acne is a sebaceous gland disease. It is formed by excessive fat synthesis. Of course, acne gets worse on a skin that cannot be cleaned well and cannot be washed well. However, when we look at the patients with acne, we see that they wash their faces more in order to get rid of the acne compared to those who do not have acne.

–Tonic is good for acne. On the contrary, since the tonic will completely remove the oil on the skin, the rebound may lead to more oil synthesis. It will be much better not to use tonic without the doctor’s advice.
