Home care recommendations for foot care

Now is the Time to Pamper Our Feet…

We need to prepare our feet, which are closed in cold weather in winter, for open shoes and sandals. I will have home care suggestions for you to get away from the dry-looking, cracked and calloused appearance.

* Soak your feet in warm water for 15-20 minutes every evening or 3 times a week. It will be more beneficial if you add some lemon juice in it. Gently rub away the thick skin with a pumice stone. Then, after drying, cream everything with Vaseline, put on clean cotton socks and sleep with it.

*If you can do it 2-3 times a week, I will have a very useful suggestion for moisturizing the feet. Mash 2 ripe bananas well and make a mask. Soak in warm water and rub all over your softened feet. Cover with cling film and wait 10 minutes. then wash with warm water, apply Vaseline and put on your cotton socks and sleep with it.

In addition, if you can, it is very useful to apply paraffin once every 2 weeks. I observe that the biggest shortcoming of my patients with dry feet is that they drink less water. Do not reduce daily water consumption below 8-10 glasses.

Good day to all of you…
