Botulinum toxin (Botox®, Dysport®) is a successful treatment option that we have been using for years for excessive sweating of the palms and soles. Since the application can be painful, it can be treated by applying cold application in addition to cream anesthesia, and treatments with short sleep increase comfort.

If both hand sweating and foot sweating will be done, we cannot do both in the same session. Because there is a risk of exceeding the usable daily amount of medication. In such cases, sweating treatment is completed for two regions by taking a one-week break.
