Fibrocell therapy, which is used in cellular tissue regeneration, is a patented treatment method applied using one’s own cells. With this treatment, the fibroblast cells produced after a small skin biopsy taken from the back of the ear or the inner face of the arm are reintroduced to the person to stimulate collagen synthesis. Fibroblast cells are cells that provide tissue repair by producing collagen and elastin fibers that form the skeleton of connective tissue. While some of the fibroblasts in the tissue taken by skin biopsy are frozen for further treatment, the other part is replicated to millions of new cells under laboratory conditions.
HOW IS IT APPLIED?
Skin biopsy is taken from the patient’s area away from sun damage, behind the ear or inside the arm under sterile conditions. In very special conditions, it is sent to a fully equipped laboratory with a cold chain and taken into production. On the same day as the part, blood is drawn from the person. The skin piece taken is fed with the serum obtained from the person’s own blood. The reproduced cells are applied in a little liquid for 3 sessions at 1-month intervals.
WHEN DO THE EFFECTS OF THE TREATMENT START?
Although the results of the treatment begin to be seen from the first session, the real effects begin after the second session. Results appear in an average of 12 months. Its permanence is on average 5 years.
WHAT IS THE AVERAGE AGE RANGE?
The most effective period is between the ages of 30-40, when the loss of elasticity of the skin begins to be felt. Although the effect is achieved in advanced ages, the duration of the effect is shortened.
WHICH AREAS IS THE TREATMENT APPLIED?
For anti-aging purposes in the middle of the eyebrows, around the eyes, crow’s feet, nose-lip line and lips.
For skin rejuvenation of face, neck, décolleté
It is also applied in tissue losses, wounds and surgical scars.
IS THERE A RISK OF ALLERGY?
Since the person has his own cells, the risk of allergy is very low.
