A. Anesthesia process: Initially, sedatives will be given for your comfort. The operation can be performed under intravenous sedation and general anesthesia.
B. Traces: Classical methods can be done with three separate incisions in the breast. These incisions are tried to be hidden in the nipple and natural folds of the breast. While the scars are in red and light pink tones for the first 6 months, they begin to turn into skin tones at the end of the 1st year::
a- Around the nipple
b- The “lollipop” style placed perpendicular to the nipple circumference and under the breast groove
c- Methods in which the inverted “T” or “anchor” is included in the submammary groove
C. Shaping the breast
After the incisions are made
- Breast tissue is moved up to create breast contours and shape.
- The nipple and its circumference are placed higher, as in youth.
- If the nipple is enlarged, it is reduced to standard sizes.
- Excess loose skin is removed and a tighter breast is created.
